Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Limitless Live website, your purchase, receipt, transfer, or use of tickets, and your attendance at any Limitless Live event.

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Kwik Learning, LLC ("Limitless Live," "we," "us," or "our").

By using the site, checking a box or otherwise affirmatively agreeing to these Terms in connection with a purchase, registration, transfer, or attendee flow, or by attending the event, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site, do not purchase or accept a ticket, and do not attend the event.

Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.

1. Scope and related policies

These Terms apply when you:

• access or use the Limitless Live website;
• purchase, reserve, receive, transfer, or use a ticket;
• contact our team about the site or the event; or
• attend or participate in a Limitless Live event.

Our Privacy Policy also applies to your use of the site and our handling of personal information. If you purchase a specific package, sponsorship, group registration, or other offering that includes additional written terms, those additional terms control to the extent of any direct conflict for that specific subject matter.

2. Eligibility and information you provide

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when you register, purchase, transfer a ticket, submit a form, or communicate with us.

If you purchase or manage a ticket for another person, you represent that you are authorized to provide their information to us and to act on their behalf for that registration. You are responsible for ensuring that the attendee receives relevant event communications that we send to the contact details associated with the order until the attendee information is updated in our system.

We may reject, cancel, or hold orders if information is inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or reasonably suspected to be fraudulent or unauthorized.

3. Tickets, pricing, and payment

A ticket is a limited, revocable license to attend the specific event for which it is issued, subject to these Terms, the event rules, venue rules, and any instructions or policies we communicate to attendees.

Ticket availability, pricing, packages, and included benefits may change until your order is completed and accepted.

If we discover an obvious pricing, availability, technical, or description error, we may cancel or decline the affected order and refund amounts actually paid for that order.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers, including Stripe. Payment authorization, card approval, fraud review, and related decisions are made by those providers and your bank or payment method issuer.

You authorize us and our payment processors to charge the total amount presented to you at checkout for your order, including any applicable taxes and clearly disclosed charges.

Unless we expressly state otherwise in writing:

• tickets may not be copied, reproduced, or used more than once;
• tickets may not be resold, offered for resale, or used for advertising, promotions, contests, sweepstakes, or other commercial purposes without our prior written consent;
• we may cancel tickets that were obtained through fraud, misuse, automated means, violation of these Terms, or unauthorized resale.

4. Refunds, transfers, cancellations, and event changes

Refunds

Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase.

For Limitless Live 2026, refund requests must also be submitted no later than August 12, 2026. Both conditions apply. A request made more than 30 days after purchase, or after August 12, 2026, is outside the refund window.

Unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise:

• no refunds are available after the applicable refund deadline;
• no refunds are available for no-shows, late arrivals, partial attendance, unused ticket benefits, or removal from the event for violation of these Terms or event rules;
• any refund will be issued to the original payment method when reasonably possible.

Transfers

For Limitless Live 2026, ticket transfers are available at no additional charge until September 9, 2026, which is 48 hours before the event begins.

To request a transfer, send us the new attendee's name and email address so we can update registration.

A transfer is not effective until we confirm the update in our system. We may deny transfer requests that are incomplete, late, fraudulent, inconsistent with these Terms, or operationally impracticable.

The new attendee becomes subject to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any event-specific rules or requirements. We may require the new attendee to accept those terms directly before access is granted.

Event changes, postponement, cancellation, and force majeure

Speakers, schedule, session topics, programming, venue details, seating format, event features, start and end times, and related logistics may change.

Speaker substitutions, agenda changes, and similar programming updates do not, by themselves, entitle you to a refund.

We may postpone, reschedule, relocate, shorten, suspend, or change the format of the event if reasonably necessary, including because of safety concerns, venue issues, force majeure events, travel disruption, illness, public health concerns, labor disruptions, government action, technology failures, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If we materially cancel the event and do not provide a replacement or rescheduled event, your exclusive remedy will be a refund of the amount you paid us for the affected ticket.

If we materially postpone or materially relocate the event, we may choose to honor your ticket for the rescheduled or substitute event, offer a transfer, offer a credit, or offer a refund, subject to applicable law and the specific notice we provide for that change.

Except where required by law, we are not responsible for airfare, lodging, ground transportation, meals, lost time, or any other third-party costs or consequential expenses you may incur in connection with the event.

5. Event conduct, venue rules, and accessibility

You agree to comply with all applicable laws, venue policies, posted event rules, badge or credential requirements, health and safety requirements, and reasonable instructions from event staff, venue staff, and security personnel.

We may refuse admission, revoke credentials, or remove any person, without refund, if we reasonably determine that the person:

• presents a safety, security, or health risk;
• engages in unlawful, abusive, harassing, threatening, discriminatory, or disruptive conduct;
• materially interferes with the event experience for attendees, staff, speakers, partners, or the venue;
• damages property;
• possesses a fraudulent, invalid, duplicated, revoked, or improperly obtained ticket or credential;
• violates these Terms, venue rules, or posted event policies.

Pets may be restricted. Service animals are permitted where required by applicable law.

If you need an accessibility accommodation related to attendance, contact registrations@limitlesslive.com as early as reasonably possible so we can evaluate and coordinate the request.

You are responsible for your own belongings, devices, and personal property at the event.

6. Recording, photography, and attendee content

The event may be photographed, filmed, recorded, livestreamed, or otherwise documented by us or our service providers.

By attending, you acknowledge and agree that your name, image, voice, likeness, statements, and appearance may be captured in audio, video, photography, livestreams, or recordings made in connection with the event.

Except where prohibited by law, you grant us and our designees the right to use, reproduce, distribute, display, publish, edit, and create derivative materials from those recordings and images, in any media, now known or later developed, for event operations, archival purposes, internal use, and promotional, editorial, educational, or commercial purposes related to Limitless Live, Kwik Learning, LLC, and their affiliated activities, without further approval, notice, or compensation to you.

You may take casual personal-use photos or short clips unless we or the venue prohibit it for a particular session or area. You may not, without our prior written consent:

• record full sessions;
• livestream or rebroadcast event content;
• create or distribute commercial event coverage;
• sell, license, or publicly exploit recordings, photos, or event materials.

7. Website use

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the site for your own personal or internal business use in connection with learning about the event, contacting us, or purchasing and managing tickets.

You may not:

• use the site for unlawful purposes;
• interfere with the site's operation, performance, or security;
• scrape, crawl, harvest, or extract site content or data by automated means without our prior written consent;
• bypass or attempt to bypass access controls, rate limits, or security protections;
• upload malicious code or harmful material;
• impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation;
• copy, mirror, frame, reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit site content except as expressly permitted by us;
• use the site or event materials to build or support a competing product, service, or event offering in a way that violates applicable law.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the site if we believe these Terms have been violated or if necessary to protect the site, attendees, or our business.

8. Intellectual property and feedback

The site, event materials, recordings, branding, logos, graphics, copy, session content, designs, and related materials are owned by Limitless Live, Kwik Learning, LLC, or their licensors and are protected by intellectual property and other applicable laws.

Except for the limited rights expressly granted in these Terms, no license or ownership right is transferred to you.

If you send us suggestions, ideas, comments, testimonials, or other feedback about the site or the event, you agree that we may use, disclose, reproduce, modify, and exploit that feedback without restriction or compensation to you, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

9. Disclaimers

Limitless Live is an educational event. Site content, event content, and related materials are provided for informational purposes only.

They are not legal, financial, tax, investment, medical, mental health, or other professional advice, and they are not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional who understands your specific circumstances.

We do not guarantee any specific result, business outcome, personal outcome, revenue outcome, health outcome, or other outcome from attending the event or using the site.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated in these Terms, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Limitless Live, Kwik Learning, LLC, and their respective officers, employees, contractors, agents, partners, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, business opportunity, travel costs, lodging costs, or substitute service costs, arising out of or related to the site, the event, your attendance, your inability to attend, or these Terms, even if advised of the possibility of those damages.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the site, the event, or these Terms will not exceed:

• the amount you paid us for the specific ticket, registration, or service giving rise to the claim; or
• if you did not make a payment to us, US$100.

The limitations in these Terms apply regardless of the form of action and survive failure of any limited remedy.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability to the extent that liability cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11. Governing law and disputes

Before filing a legal claim, you agree to email us at registrations@limitlesslive.com with a brief description of the dispute and try in good faith to resolve it informally for at least 30 days, unless doing so is prohibited by law or emergency relief is required.

Except to the extent mandatory consumer protection law requires otherwise, these Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to the site, the event, or these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Except to the extent mandatory law requires otherwise, any dispute that is not resolved informally must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Connecticut, and each party submits to that forum.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

The version posted on this page controls from its listed date for new uses, purchases, registrations, and transfers after that date.

For a ticket or order you already placed, the Terms in effect at the time of that order generally continue to apply to that order unless a change is required by law, is clearly stated to apply to that order, or you later affirmatively accept updated Terms.

13. General

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision or any other provision.

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms except as expressly permitted by us in writing. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, financing, asset sale, or other business transfer.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional written terms that apply to a specific offering you purchase from us, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the subject matter they cover.
