Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Limitless Live collects, how it is used, and how it is shared when you browse the site, contact us, join the list, or buy tickets. It also explains your choices and rights, depending on where you live.

Who we are

Limitless Live is operated by Kwik Learning, LLC ("Limitless Live," "we," "us," or "our"). For privacy-related questions or requests, contact info@limitlesslive.com or registrations@limitlesslive.com.

Information we collect

  • Information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, phone number, company, inquiry type, support message, and newsletter signup details.
  • Registration and order details, including ticket selections, purchaser details, attendee details, and order history.
  • Billing and transaction metadata needed to create, confirm, support, and reconcile purchases.
  • Messages you send through the contact form or support channels.
  • Technical and usage data such as IP address, browser and device information, referrer, and page interactions.
  • Temporary browser storage used to preserve checkout progress and contact form drafts during your session.
  • Marketing preferences and records of consent, unsubscribe, and suppression status.
  • If you enable analytics or advertising technologies, first-party attribution data such as page path, referrer host, campaign parameters, and advertising click identifiers.
  • Information we receive about attendees from purchasers or registration managers, such as attendee names, email addresses, ticket types, transfer history, and related registration details.

Information we receive from other people

In some cases, a purchaser may register or manage a ticket for another attendee. In those cases, we may receive attendee information from the purchaser rather than directly from the attendee. Where required by law, we will provide privacy information to the attendee when we first communicate with them or within the time required by applicable law.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We receive the order and transaction metadata needed to confirm, fulfill, and support a purchase, but we do not store full payment card numbers on our servers. Payment card details are collected and processed directly by Stripe in accordance with Stripe's own privacy and security practices.

How we use information

  • To operate the site and process registrations, payments, tickets, confirmations, reminders, and event logistics.
  • To respond to questions, create support tickets, and handle transfers, upgrades, invoicing, and other attendee requests.
  • To send the email communications you requested or that are needed to operate your order.
  • To prevent fraud, abuse, misuse, failed transactions, and operational failures.
  • To analyze and improve site reliability, checkout completion, and the attendee experience.
  • To comply with legal, accounting, tax, and regulatory obligations.
  • To maintain suppression lists, consent records, and audit trails related to marketing preferences and compliance.
  • If you enable analytics or advertising technologies, to attribute registrations and purchases to campaigns and traffic sources on a first-party basis.

Legal bases for processing

If you are in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, we generally rely on one or more of the following legal bases: (1) performance of a contract, or steps at your request before entering a contract, for registrations, payments, tickets, attendee support, and related operational communications; (2) our legitimate interests, for site operations, fraud prevention, customer support, service improvement, security, business administration, and limited business communications, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights; (3) your consent, where required, for newsletter signups, certain marketing communications, and certain cookies or similar technologies; and (4) compliance with legal obligations, including tax, accounting, fraud prevention, consumer protection, and recordkeeping requirements.

Support and contact submissions

When you submit the contact form, your message is sent to our support system to create and manage a ticket. We currently use Zendesk for that workflow. That means the information you submit through the contact form may be stored and processed in Zendesk so our team can respond. We may also use related service providers to support customer service, ticket routing, and communications.

Email communications

We send operational emails needed to run your order and the event, such as ticket confirmations, purchase receipts, order support messages, and event reminders. We may also send opt-in newsletter emails and, where permitted by applicable law, a limited checkout recovery reminder flow for incomplete purchases. Newsletter and checkout recovery emails include unsubscribe paths, while operational emails may still be sent when needed to fulfill or support your purchase. Where required by law, we send newsletter or other marketing emails only with your consent or another valid legal basis. We currently use Resend and related service providers to send and manage these email workflows.

Cookies and browser storage

We use browser storage and related web technologies to keep the site working, preserve form progress, maintain checkout state, and improve reliability. For more detail, see our Cookies Policy. Some of these technologies are strictly necessary for core site and checkout functions. If you allow them, we may also use analytics and advertising technologies from providers such as Google, Meta, and TikTok, and we may store related first-party consent and attribution records to measure campaigns and connect visits with later registrations or purchases. You can manage those choices through our privacy and cookies preferences controls.

How we share information

  • With service providers that help us operate the site, process payments, deliver email, host the platform, and manage support.
  • With service providers that support security, fraud prevention, infrastructure, data storage, customer communications, advertising measurement, and event operations.
  • With venue, operations, fulfillment, and event partners when needed to deliver the event experience you purchased.
  • With the purchaser, organizer, or registration manager associated with an order, where needed to administer tickets, attendee assignments, transfers, support, and event logistics.
  • When required by law, regulation, court order, or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the platform.
  • As part of a business transfer such as a merger, acquisition, financing, or asset sale.

We do not sell personal information for money. If you enable advertising technologies, we may share limited online identifiers and site activity data with advertising partners for campaign measurement, attribution, and related advertising uses, and we may retain first-party attribution records for our own measurement and compliance purposes. Depending on where you live, that may be treated as targeted advertising or sharing, and you can control it through our privacy and cookies preferences.

International transfers

Some of our service providers may process personal information in the United States or other countries outside the country where you live. Where required by law, we use recognized transfer mechanisms and appropriate safeguards for those transfers. You may contact us for more information about those safeguards.

Retention

We retain personal information for different periods depending on the type of information and why we need it. In general, we keep information for as long as needed to operate the event, support attendees, maintain business records, enforce our terms, maintain suppression and consent records, and satisfy legal, tax, accounting, security, and operational obligations. We may retain information longer where needed to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims, resolve disputes, or comply with law.

Privacy rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal information, and you may have the right to object to or restrict certain processing, request portability, withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, opt out of certain marketing, or lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. California residents and residents of certain other U.S. states may also have rights to know, access, delete, correct, and obtain a portable copy of personal information, and, where applicable, to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, subject to statutory exceptions.

You can use available unsubscribe links to stop newsletter or checkout recovery emails. Operational emails related to your order or the event may still be sent when needed to fulfill or support your purchase. To make a privacy request, email info@limitlesslive.com or registrations@limitlesslive.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on certain requests. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information, but no system is perfectly secure and no method of transmission or storage is risk free.

Children

Limitless Live is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this site. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us in violation of this policy, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

Changes

We may update this policy as the site and event operations change. When we do, we will post the updated version here and revise the update date above. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice or obtain additional consent.
